2009 CHARDONNAY - Unwooded
   This is a dry, well balanced, delightful wine with subtle 
  hints of melon, peach and fig.  
      

   2009 CHENIN BLANC
   This wine exhibits intense citrus and melon
   characters.  A small amount of residual sugar is retained at fermentation
   to give a balanced crisp finish.

  2009 ROSE
  A very light style, easy drinking wine, with hints of strawberries                                    
   Made using traditional methods from the Shiraz grape.

  
  2008 TUART SHIRAZ                                                        
  Taste the pure taste of the Shiraz with all the lovely berry              
  characters and no oak - Just for the difference

  2007 DIVERSION SHIRAZ 
  The 2006 Shiraz has been aged with French oak resulting in 
  a well balanced  complex wine exhibiting spice and pepper characters.

  2006 VINTAGE PORT
  A fortified dessert styled wine.  
  Can be enjoyed on its own. Excellent with a cheese platter after dinner.  
  In Summer ... served over ice blocks or.. ice cream!!

  2007 GOLDEN MIST - WHITE PORT                                
  Made from a blend of white grapes - Delicious served over ice          
  with a twist of lemon or on its own
